From 21st to 25th October, Hu Bo, IT teacher of Yuan Ling Primary School went to Beijing to attend the World Robot Conference 2016 (WRC2016) jointly held by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Association for Science and Technology and Beijing Municipal People’s Government.
With the theme "Win-Win Collaborative Innovation Toward the Building of an Intelligent Society," the WRC2016 has drawn nearly 150 robotics companies from across the world.
2016 World Robot Conference consists of 2016 World Robot Forum, 2016 World Robot Exhibition and 2016 World Robot Contest, which are about Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Service Robot, Industrial Robots and Robot. The contest is made up of Self-driving Car Challenge Contest, World Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Challenge, International Water Robot Contest, Robot Star Challenge and RoboCup Challenge, etc.
Ho bo also visited Ba Yi School, and she has gained a lot of valuable insights on the future implementation of “maker education “in Yuanling Primary School.
